Transit Auto Detail and Transit Towing and Recovery

These guys are great. Had our truck break down and they were amazing. Fast and very friendly. Ryan was sent with the battery truck we didn't need a battery. Joseph came with a flatbed and took care of it. With knowing we were stressed he was very good and kept it light to minimize our stress. I wish everyone had their customer service skills.

Dont waste your time using a 3rd party "battery replacement" with this company. I purchased one in March of 2025 and it had a 3 year warranty. Come December 19th the battery was dead. I called the 3rd party company who assured me that since I purchased it thru them and Transit they would replace it. Boy was I wrong. They sent a guy out who jumped it then tested it. He told me the battery was fine. It wasn't. I went a few days later to 2 autoshops who use a industrial scanner as well as Advanced and Autozone where they scanned it all 3 places said "bad battery". I called back to the 3rd party who refused to help and then I called Transit who said "its not the battery" 3 weeks in and still I was jumping the battery. I canceled the 3rd party membership. My daughter ran over either a nail or a bolt on the thruway at 7:30pm on her way home from Buffalo State University. Losing air in the tire by the minute she made it home safely thank God. I called Transit Auto Towing and Recovery and within 40 minutes Ben was in my driveway. He was very sweet and respectable knowing that this single mom was so anxious. He took off the deflated tire and plugged the hole. Just to be safe he put the spare tire on for her so we could get it to the dealer and make sure the original tire is sealed properly and safe to be put back on the vehicle. Thank you Transit Towing and Recovery for always coming to my rescue.

If i could give zero stars I would! My grandmother called AAA for a tow since she’s stuck in my driveway, this clown showed up and didn’t even get out of the truck yet proceeded to call her and say his cable won’t go down the driveway, my driveway is too full of snow (it’s not, it was just plowed she simply slid off the side), she’s more than 100ft from the truck, soo many excuses. Just do your job! This would have been a simple tow and now we are stuck with no solution because of a lazy clown! VERY RUDE TOO

William was awesome with response time, knowledge, and respect. I had called for a tow but he was able to jump the car so I was able to drive it to the dealership. He had me drive around the neighborhood before he took off to make sure that the car didn't die. Highly recommend!!
