Transitowne Collision West Seneca

Maria and the team at Transitowne Collision did a great job on my repair. I especially appreciated the communication throughout the process. I hope not to need to, but would come back here if necessary.

Did a fabulous job fixing my wife’s car after a deer ran into it. Called enterprise to pick me up for a loaner. All around great job.

Repairs were complete ahead of schedule. I also had a small collision issue that required painting, which again was done quickly efficiently and while I waited.

Maria, the manager, as well as the staff, were patient, polite and professional while navigating through the " goodwill service" needed to repaint my Jeep wrangler due to extensive oxidation areas. The job was then completed within a short time, with my 2020 jeep being restored to like new condition, with no cost to myself, despite being out of warranty by 3 months.

The entire collision department was awesome and the end result was perfect Maria was very helpful in coordinating all the work needed with my insurance company after my accident.
