Transmex Transmissions

Worse place ever dont go there. Took my car to get the transmission fixed. They had my car almost a month and told me 5 different times it would be ready. The day come and it wasn't ready, was told it will be ready on this day same thing. They don't communicate at all. All they do is lie and give you the run around. Car still wasn't fixed and he couldn't tell me when he just kept saying this week. I asked are you sure he said well no I'm sure when. Took my car somewhere else to get fixed. I want to give this place zero star but cant.

A great place. Mr. Salvador, who served me, didn't take long to perform the emissions tests for my vehicle. Everything was really fast, with no waiting. He was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Worst place ever I paid them $610 to do a transmission swap and it goes smoothly I go to pick up my vehicle and when I get it back I I drive to the place where I can take the old part I turn car off come back out and my truck won’t start at all all I hear is clicking noise so I call the place and ask what the problem with my truck and they said we replace starter was no good and replace it with a worthless my dad goes up there and one of the guys show then my starter said my boss told me to swap it he said my starter was in great condition when I left my daughter truck with you I have proof if it if there was a problem you should have contacted me y'all basically stole my starter so he send a guy out to check it out and only bangs on the starter couple time and leave I had to physically

My best friend had the worst experience ( 1.) no communication of status on vehicle, it was there for over 2 MONTHS(he was avoiding her calls). 2.) vehicle was not at the shop he told her it was an electrical issue and sent it somewhere else and when she visited the place they had no record of her vehicle there. (3.) the owner or mechanic gave no paperwork showing anything about the process and argued about how he did not have to provide anything (4.) vehicle was not fixed once returned and no warranty was given. She was charged over $2100 and is out of money and no vehicle as it currently not working within days of picking it up from the shop. ————->SAVE YOURSELF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE E

Transmex Transmission did an excellent job. They were very helpful when I had a question.
