This is best experience I have ever had with an automotive repair. Jeff the owner is a true professional and a great guy. I read the reviews for Transmission Techniques and what everyone says about this place is spot on. My Silverado with 6L80 was shuttering and on its last leg. They rebuilt my transmission and now it works better than new. I spoke with several other shops including the dealership in Dawsonville and Cumming. I called Transmission Techniques and spoke to Jeff. He was the only person that seemed to know what he was talking about. He told me what he thought was wrong and was able to give me a ballpark of what it would take to fix my truck. I brought the truck to him and the next day he provided me an estimate. Jeff at Transmission Techniques Inc. was terrific. The CVT transmission in my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder died. Jeff was highly recommended by my Firestone oil change place so I had it towed there. After both of us did some online research we found Nissan had extended their factory warranty, but it had to be replaced at a dealership. So I had it towed to a dearship. Jeff explained the CVT transmission to me. I would definitely recommend him.
