Transmission works

Ron and his team put in a new transmission in my 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD on 12/31/25. I called over 10 shops and just had a good feeling after speaking with Ron. I felt like they would do the right thing. After the transmission was replaced, they told me to come back after driving 50 miles to get it check out. I went back and everything looked great. A few weeks later I started hearing a clicking sound coming from the front end. I thought, "oh no, they screwed me." Lol. I went there and they looked at it and told me to come back the next day so Ron can drive it and get it on the lift if needed. Next day, Ron drove it about 1 block and pulled back into the shop. I had a blown axle which they showed me. They fixed it on the spot!!! Now that's what you call excellent service!

These guys know what theyre doing! Had my 13 year old corolla worked on here and it runs better than it did when i Bought it in2012. Fair price, quality work , and it was done before i realized my car was being worked on. Thank you!

So at 211,000 I finally had to replace my clutch on my 2013 Honda Civic SI. Looking for a place that won't break the bank so much. You know it's an expensive job. The transmission Works did it right ,did it well, Was done within two days. Instead of waiting 3 weeks for appointments with places that are more expensive within Bristol area. Now the clutch feels like I have a new car again. Not complaining. Highly recommended!

Ron is very helpful, nice guy. He has taken a good amount of time helping me find a transmission cooler for my vehicle even though it is a small job

I was worried when it appeared that I would need a new transmission. I was concerned that whichever shop I chose, I would end up spending several thousand dollars on a new or rebuilt transmission whether I needed one or not. I selected Transmission Works based on the reviews indicating that the owner Ron runs an honest shop. I can fully attest that this is the case as Ron and his team found a small leak that was making my transmission lose fluid and perform very poorly. The problem was repaired in a day. Thanks Ron!
