Transplant Transmission Complete Auto Care & Diesel

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. Took my minivan here to have a simple repair made, the radiator needed to be replaced. I paid $1200 for a radiator replacement, oil change, and alignment that would have to be scheduled at a later date. The initial interaction was pleasant. I was even told how great those vans are because the transmission was very easy and cheap to fix. I pick the van up and drive 12 miles home, park the van only to see transmission fluid gushing out of every orifice on the front end of the van. I leave the van over night with a brown paper bag under the leak and come out the next morning to find the bag completely soaked through. This shop saved me thousands. I had trouble with the transmission on my Ford Escape (after 160,000 miles.) The first place I went to quoted me for a rebuilt transmission and installation at a hair under 9,000.00. The guys at Transplant listened to my description of the problem over the phone and suggested I bring it in. They were able to determine that the transmission itself was likely ok, but that the torque converter definitely needed replaced. They said it was likely that the solenoid pack would also need replacement. This was in line with what I expected from the symptoms I was experiencing. I did extensive research when it came to undercoatings. I finally settled on fluid film As I specifically did not Want a coating that encapsulated. I brought my car to the team at transplant transmission. They informed me they provided a deep service, which was a selling point. I waited about an hour and the car looks great! I plan on getting the service done every couple of years.

2014 f350...12/3/25.... words cannot begin to explain how happy I am with the service and care my truck recives each time I come here for service.... on my first visit (January of this year) they rebuilt the valve body for my transmission...this past visit 12/3/25 they put in a fass fuel system, prevention kit and replaced the rear drive shaft and u joints..... they also helped me choose finance options for both projects....I will always, always bring my truck here...great communication as well....thank you so much for taking good care of my baby
