Eric is highly skilled and very personable. He makes every effort possible on the customers behalf to ensure they get what they really need and not gimmicks like others will sell you. Open door policy is great too, he'll take the time to show you your transmission disassembled and where your problems really exist. He's not cheap but (no GOOD transmission guy is for a reason!) you will get what you pay for and he makes sure its the greatest value for your money. I have had Eric rebuild dozens of transmissions for my customers with NO complaints to date.
