Easy going dealership that is helpful and is a low pressure sales environment. Nice selection of 5th wheels and bumper pulls for a smaller dealership. Retail store has a lot of the most needed and necessary items for RVing. Stop in and look around, I'm sure they can help you find what you are looking for.

Unbelievably nice experience. Had our travel trailer which we bought from an individual in for the check over and a minor repair. A couple items needed replacement but the need was well documented and done only after consulting with us. Later they delivered the trailer to our property some 25 miles away, set it up, leveled it, went thru the instructions on the operation and left. Later we had an issue with the commode, called Travel Time and Shane came out to the property and fixed our issue promptly and at no charge. Days later we had occasion to turn on the A/C unit and it rattled. We called but had to leave the property and return home that day so We left the property and gave a key to the office in Reno and came home. Made my first 5th wheel purchase here. Kyle, Mary, and Matt are amazing! During the Pre Delivery Inspection they had discovered an issue that I myself would not have until later down the road. Matt went above and beyond to make the needed repairs and make sure my camper was 100%. During the walkthrough Matt showed me the repairs and gave me a full rundown on the camper. The folks here at travel time are good and honest, and they’re not just trying to sell you an RV as fast as they can. They have definitely earned my trust and in the future I will go out of my way to do business with them again! 10 Stars!!!

The worse service ever!! I dropped my camper off April 20, 2021 with a small roof leak and a few other things. I was told they were 1 month out. Well 3 months and 2 days later (July 22, 2021) my warranty company and I receive an estimate for almost $26,000.00, it was denied. After some back and forth things and the office ladies not giving Kyle (the owner) my messages, Kyle gives me another estimate for $1,150.00. CAN WE SAY INSURANCE FRAUD!!! Back to when I dropped it off, knowing it had a leak they refused to cover it or put it under their awnings, so during the downpours we had the whole month of May the leak ran in the inside and down the walls while on their property. After a meeting with Kyle and him refusing to take the blame, I've had to hire a lawyer. Who advised me to remove it

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Dropped our camper off October 2021 to have it repaired after it was damaged and finally got it back September 2022. When we got it back after replacing water lines, rewiring the whole camper and replacing slide floors there was still problems that they had to come out and fix. The office manager did not care and seem to hide in his office. The only shining light at the office was Allie who really tired to help.
