Bought a used boat from Roger and Melissa about a month ago. They worked with us, helped us get it set up, and laid everything out before going home. Once we got home we discovered a small issue, and were able to fix it. Roger and Melissa were very kind and easy to work with! They took great care of us, and we would be happy to work with them in the future!

Bought a pontoon boat 2 yrs ago. I was told about the manufacturer warranty. I brought in some old seats. Roger handled it hassle free. Today I got my new seats. Suntracker honors their warranty. And travel land was helpful in the process and got me some new seats

STAY AWAY! Google doesn’t give me enough space to explain all the ways they screwed me on my new boat purchase and their service department is trash. This last time I got the boat back they switched forward and reverse to give an idea of how bad this place is. Absolutely amazing that Malibu hasn’t pulled their brand yet. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. The first time I got my boat they added Ballast’s and didn’t hook them up correctly so my boat started sinking. They said they would upgrade my stereo and I paid for it to have the tower speakers option. They didn’t put an amp, just the speakers and kept the cash. They talked me into a Ranger upgrade since they didn’t have the tracker boat I wanted as their website suggested.I purchased a Ranger 2023 boat on 7/26/23 since I NEEDED it for a birthday celebration the next day with family from out of town. They said we couldn’t pick it up until 1 because they needed to test it first, which is common. Once we got it home we put it on the water. The boat didn’t run 5 minutes without major issues. We brought boat back to Travel Land and have been here 5 hours and still waiting. We asked to speak to supervisor upon arrival, still no supervisor has presented themselves or given us a solution to solve our time , money spent and a ruined family celebration waiting on them to fix this brand new Ranger boat. Worst experience ever buying a boat. After 1 day and 30 minutes on the water the boat has so many issues it's not safe to use. Things are mounted in the wrong place, or not mounted at all, bolts missing, electronics don't work, no working gauges, etc. We called the dealer and said we wanted to return it for a refund and they refused (after less than 36 hours). They said we have to let them pick it up and take as long as they want to fix it. We now have a $75k boat that we can't use and have no idea how long it will take for them to even pick it up. The owner specifically said that we just have to deal with it. I threatened to cancel the check it was paid for with and he threatened to have me arrested. Stay away from this dealer! UPDATE: they had the boat for a month and returned it
