Travelers

My car got wrecked by a holder of Traveler’s insurance. Travelers totaled my car, had us sign over the title, and took the car away. They have lied to me at least twice regarding status of payment for my vehicle. It has been over 2 weeks and still no check. They are absolute liars. I have my homeowners with them and are changing it as soon as possible. This company cannot be trusted.

Dreadful company for auto insurance. Takes 30 mins to talk with a live agent. The online portal is a miserable experience riddled with bugs and glitches. When you finally talk with a representative they agree with you about all the company's problems yet cannot help you. I would choose any major insurer over this company and not risk being with an unprofessional company such as Travelers.

Rep hung up on me when dealing with an issue on my insurance policy.

Worst insurance I have ever had. Switched to Safeco and got better coverage for less than 1/2 of my premium with Travelers.

They are unprofessional with a lack of customer service skills. The company has taken a 360 this year. This is unfortunate for customers. The service has declined.
