Travers St Louis RV

We had a terrific buying experience at Travers St Louis RV. Bob Isenmann was our sales associate. Bob was very easy to work with, always answering questions we had with immense patience. We were a long distance sale, traveling cross country on our way to a destination in another state. Because of Bob, we were able to arrange a quick turn around with our trade in vehicle, moving from one van to another. We were on our way by the end of the day. Brian Pagano, finance manager, provided great after the sale assistance. Our state MVD was particular about required forms they wanted filled out a special way. Our internet search for a good used 30' travel trailer led us to Travers and our sales rep, Bob. We had a smaller 24' unit that we traded in that was too small. The process went well and best of all, my wife was pleased with the process and people.

I worked with Kevin at St. Louis RV. He kept me informed about progress on getting the repairs approved by the insurance company and the timeline for getting the work done. It took two months total based on the shop’s schedule and getting the parts needed to complete the job. RV looked great when I picked it up. He also arranged to have an A/C soft start installed while getting the repairs done. I’m very happy with the service and would go there again.

We are first time RV buyers and visited a number of RV businesses in the area. The team at Travers (Jason, Alex, and Glenn) was by far the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They walked us through several types and models and explained the pros and cons of each. We purchased a Ford Coachmen Beyond and love it. We have called several times with questions and they have been super quick to respond with helpful answers. All in all a great experience!
