Travers STL RV Service

We needed our slide repaired, they worked hard to fit us in, we had to order parts and once those came in they again worked hard to get us scheduled in for the repair. We feel we were treated with honesty and care there staff was very kind. We live full time in our RV and so being out of it for a bit was hard and they took that into consideration as they worked with us. Could not recommend them more.

Every time I have had service at STL Rv I have been treated like a valued friend and not just a customer. Communication has been excellent which is one of the things that is often lacking in service departments. They got me scheduled in a timely manner and repaired the issue in the timeframe promised. Scott, Josh and Dominic are always very helpful.

Scott and the entire team at Travers are absolutely amazing. We’ve been bringing our RV here for 2 years and appreciate their care and service every time. Thank you for giving us peace of mind with our RV and always getting us in so we can continue our fun travels!

He’s been there for right before COVID. Helped me during a very difficult time. The reviews for the service department are a little scary, but the guy who did my walkthrough was thorough and knowledgeable. It’s important to remember this is a pleasure industry and service process is not like dropping a car off to be worked on. Also, these RV’s need some preventative maintenance done by the owners.
