I purchased a car two years ago from Trax… Manny in particular and the transaction went relatively smooth, but I’ve asked for paperwork from him subsequently and he’s very resistant to give that to me. Not quite sure why but this being the second car I bought from him I’m quite surprised. Additionally, they sold me a car warranty that is worthless for almost $2500.
