Trev's Automotive

took car in on very short notice, experienced mechanic contacted me within hours with complete diagnosis and price, was ready next day. Honest, detailed and extremely fair cost. Also stand behind their work for any issue.

Trevs is always on top of the communication which is very important to me. Also very up front about costs and the issues with our vehicles.

Recently took my 2013 Accord in for a service check and oil change. I left confident that the job was completed well; and that my car was in good shape. Not only is their service good, but Trevor and his office staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. My introduction to Trev’s was the result of a AAA roadside assistance call the responded to. I consider that a lucky day for me and highly recommend this business!

RUN AWAY FROM TREVOR AND THIS FACILITY!!!! GOT AN INTERSTATE BATTERY ON 7/18 (TWO MONTHS AGO) FOR OVER $200 AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GUARANTEE THIS! ACTUALLY TREV SAID "IN 40 YEARS I'VE NEVER HAD AN INTERSTATE BATTERY DIE." THEN TOLD ME I WAS DIFFICULT- AFTER I TOLD HIM THE EXTERNAL BATTERY CHARGER SAID THE BATTERY FAILED- SEE PICS ATTACHED. WHEN HE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT AS I PROBABLY LEFT THE TRUNK OPEN, I SAID NO I DIDN'T AND SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR A JUMP OR TOW HE HUNG UP!!! I GUESS A FEMALE ISN'T SUPPOSED TO ASK LOGICAL AUTOMOTIVE QUESTIONS. THE BATTERY IS THE ISSUE AND THEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS WAS POSSIBLE! I CAN'T EXPRESS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS BUSINESS IS!!! UPDATE: AAA CONFIRMED IT'S A BAD BATTERY (SEE PIC BELOW) AND NOTHING ELSE. ALSO THAT TREV'S PUT IN THE WRONG TYPE

I inadvertently missed an appointment I had made for service to my vehicle. I called Trev's Automotive to apologize for missing my appointment, and to reschedule it. Trevor was extremely accommodating and got my vehicle in for the service quickly. The personnel were polite and very professional. I have used Trev's Automotive for several years and trust them to do the job correctly.
