One of the best experiences I’ve had with any business. Alan immediately told me what was wrong with my car and offered a solution. He got on his phone and called the dealership to ask about a warranty. As it would turn out the parts were under warranty. He then went even as far as to clarify what the warranty covered. He did all of this because he cared about his customer. I really appreciate the extra effort. Highly recommend Tri City Towing. Thank you

I just wanted to do a short rant about our tow truck driver (Mad Mike lol). He was the NICEST driver l've ever encountered and made a shitty situation where we got stuck in New Hampshire feel like we were just catching a ride home with an old friend. He deserves a raise for sure! There are not enough nice words to describe this guy; he is an absolute gem ✌🏿❤️
