Tri County Toyota Service

Tri County Service Center has extremely poor customer service. They transferred my call with no prompt or explanation, and the staff had a noticeably cold attitude. Even worse, they hung up on me immediately while I was still talking. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will not be using their services again.

If you are looking to have your toyota serviced, look elsewhere. The techs are led by the service manager Richard. I feel for. I have brought my vehicle in twice now for warranty repairs. The first time they even documented the issue as faulty but did not replace the component. The second and last time around they falsified their findings. The techs working on my vehicle did not receive the correct information so I can't exactly fault the techs for a miss-diagnosis. My vehicle is not able to get up to temperature and maintain the temperature. Richard said this is absolutely a normal occurrence this time of year. If a vehicle can not maintain temperature then it fails emissions standards and no customer would want to wait 30 minutes for their vehicle to warm up. Again, Richard said this is

Tri County Toyota Services is so bad as the manager Rick would angrily deny all and rudely accuse of his customer. We bought a new 2024 Prius here last year and did its service at around 6k miles in April. Before the service there were rim and tire scratches on the passenger side due to a contact with a sidewalk curb in March or so. The service people and I discussed about it. I asked whether it could be OK to deal with it at the next service for 10k-mile and if there could be any safety concern, and they answered that no safety concern to act on it at the next service for 10k. So, nothing was done related to the scratches. Since then, no new scratches at all and no accident. Scheduling is next to impossible and when you do finally get scheduled for first thing in the morning they will keep your vehicle for entire day and work on others before they pull you in.

New to Toyota service. This is the second Toyota service place that I've gone to, overall everything was as you expect with good communication, nice facilities. I had been to another place and was disappointed by dealing with people who seem to just be mumbling and then never really going over what they did to the car and what they checked and all that stuff. This place did not have that problem. The other place I went to I had to clean out the coffee machine of all the single-use packets before I could make a cup of coffee and I didn't have that problem here so that's a big plus. Also they didn't have some stupid news program on in the waiting room they had this old house which was fantastic.
