Tri State Motors GMC

My husband and I are so pleased doing business with Chad at Tri State Motors. No pressure buying, no hidden details, only transparency. We LOVE our GMC AT4 diesels. I really appreciated Chad for handling all of the communication with our bank & our papers were ready to sign the day of.

Went for an oil change on a GMC truck, and the experience was great. I made an appointment, got there early, and had no issues. The individuals were very nice and accommodating, and the service was done in a timely manner. I have visited other service centers where I had an appointment and still waited extremely long. I would recommend this location for servicing your vehicle.

This is my 2nd time going to tristate motors. Brian has been a pleasure to work with both times. Went in for an oil change. Arrived about 10-15 minutes early. He had my truck in and finished within 30 minutes. It was great. Thanks Brian and Tristate motors

These guys were awesome! Probably the best carbine experience from a dealership I’ve ever had! Chad was amazing. I didn’t have to fill out a background check to take a test drive! No harassing calls or 10 emails a day from them after I took the test drive! It was refreshing to deal with a small town dealership and real people Not pushing a sales agenda

5 stars doesn't do tri state justice. Impeccable customer service!! 50 miles north of cedar city i had an injector go bad on my diesel. Called the nearest gmc dealer which was tri state. Bryan the service manager handled it!!! Had the part. And created the time to fix my truck over night!!! Thank you tri state!!! Your customer service is a ten!!!
