Tri-State Tire

If I could give a 0 I definitely would. This place is horrible and super rude. There is an old skinny guy somewhere that everyone complains about. Threatening everyone to move their car or he will move it screaming at everyone. I always go to the next shopping center and I always see these workers smoking and getting high. Services are horrible due to lack of knowledge and training. Today was the 1st time I ever seen this place so busy and packed of cars. The cars were blocking all the entrances and parking lot. You couldn’t go in or out. As you can see all the extra cars parked and blocking the entrances. The cars were going so fast my children and I were so scared for us to go through or even around this place. There were many people walking through that felt the same way. We were treat

They give you attitude when you bring your cars in for inspection. If I could give 0 stars I would, brought a vehicle in for an inspection and the guy was complaining he had a lot of inspections and started telling me why I decided to bring the car in to them. I simply told him they were a business and if they want business they shouldn’t be complaining and I told him I’d go somewhere else and I did. 0/0 I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times have been horrible experiences. Tires/ inspections or any work find somewhere else to go. Horrible people to work with

I would love to give it 5 Star but to the employees they're very hard working friendly..but the guy in the office I don't know if it's the owner he is very rude he wants the employees change the tires in 1 mins 🙄 has some empathy with your employees especially with this weather it's no easy to be outside... thanks guys your doing great job 🥹🙏🏻
