Trinity has continued to surpass all expectations! Customer service is repeatedly well above any other shop I’ve ever been to. The folks there actually care, and they seem like they really enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend! Had blower motor for my heater replaced. Pricing is definitely fair.

I just visited Trinity Auto Care for the first time. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was able to get in the next day! I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, was checked in and directed to the waiting area, which was comfortable and stocked with coffee, tea and cold beverages in a cooler. Once the service was completed, staff went over the inspection and recommendations for services that I should consider. The cost of the oil change was less than I had been paying, and the service was top notch!

Trinity Auto has been my mechanic for the past 4 years, and they intentionally strive for excellence more than any other business I can think of. They have systematized communication to the point of perfection: reminders beforehand are conveniently timed but not overbearing, in-shop explanations of your vehicle's status + cost estimates are thorough yet concise, and follow-up communication clearly documents the work done on your vehicle along with seeking feedback to improve or affirm the business's processes. I have thoroughly appreciated the transparency, detail, candor and care of Trinity's staff, which has gone a long way to building trust. Phenomenal service, and would very much recommend. The communication and customer service has been great every time. Their team of mechanics are skilled and punctual. I appreciate the fact they do not try to up-sell parts or services that I did not come in for, they make recommendations under a profile I can view at any time to schedule if and when I decide. I also appreciate their scheduling system. I feel like a priority when I bring a vehicle in, with realistic wait times when they pull my car into the shop and not overbooking their techs.

Excellent work at a very affordable price. A simple oil change, full synthetic, cost less here than a quick change location and was very thorough. They did a simple inspection with photos to show any areas of concern (none for us this time) and any upcoming maintenance recommendations. Oil change was quick and when they didn’t have our air filter in stock they were able to have it on hand by 1pm for us to swing back and have it changed quickly later in the afternoon. I would much rather take my car here for everything, at a better price, than to a local quick service location where they really don’t spend the time or energy on a complete experience.
