I’ve always felt they have looked out for our safety when it comes to our cars and the family members who drive them. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or parts, which is incredibly refreshing. The entire team was professional, courteous, and made the whole process stress-free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, a nice bonus to an already excellent experience. It's clear why they have such a loyal customer base. I had been having issues with the loaner vehicle I’m driving. Some friends of mine recommended I have the transmission fluid levels checked. I called and spoke with Grayson on the phone. He was professional and willing to help. When I got off work, I brought the car to the shop. The young guy at the front desk jumped up to help me. I walked around the shop looking at the items for sale and the snacks / drinks and the cute decor. The bathroom was CLEAN and smelt nice. I was only in their 20 minutes. Grayson brought my car around and had a conversation with me about his findings. He didnt try to sell me anything. He was professional, confident and honest.
