Been using them for years for repairs on my family vehicles. Fair price with honest straight to the point people. Also love the fact that they are family owned.

Very disappointed, brought my vehicle in while stranded 3 hours from home due to the transmission overheating and a previous leak found by a mobile mechanic the day prior. After looking at the vehicle for a mere 5 minutes the mechanic told me that it was not a transmission issue and that my seals were bad in the top of my engine(my engine is on its side it’s a vtech). When I told him that I knew it was transmission fluid because it was red, where it was located and the smell he told me that I was wrong and that he knows transmission fluid for my vehicle is brown (it’s not). After standing my ground on knowing what the issue was with my vehicle, they topped up my TRANSMISSION fluid (if there was no leak why was there room to top it up), told me my car was fine & sent me on my way without ha

We were about 1hr into our 10hr journey home when we noticed something was wrong with our breaks. We found Tripps by doing a quick google search, we cruised in and while they couldn't fit us into their schedule the, Greg called 2-3 other shops for us and got us immediately in at another shop. This review is more of a THANK YOU to Greg for providing us with the help we needed.

Sorry I don't remember anyone's name. But Tripps provided excellent service after Mavis could have seriously injured someone by not securing a wheel, stripping lug bolts and lug nuts. Tripps did a fantastic job in repairing all the damage caused. And even though they could have, they didn't charge an arm and a leg. Great service from everyone. We'll definitely be back.
