I’ve recently completed a survey specific to my latest new lease experience but I would like to acknowledge the service department as well. My service advisor, Antez Coleman is outstanding! Antez is professional and always is focus on customer service we I appreciate. He continues to complete my amazing relationship with other incredible individuals in sales, finance and senior management. Trophy Nissan is my favorite dealership ever!!! Oh yeah, and the Nissan brand…also my favorite! Nissan, you are very fortunate to represented by Trophy Nissan!!!!

I dropped my car off Thursday, March 5th for a service recall. I thought my car would be there a few days, but one day later it was ready for pick up. My service representative Antaeus is the best. He’s very professional and takes great care of his customers.

My service advisor is great. Always courteous, professional, and kind. I can count on him yo let me know in advance when I need certain major maintenance. Thanks

Today Emilio was my service attendant. He promptly got my car in for an oil change. Fastest oil change ever. Pansy also made sure I was given the BEST customer service on my visit. Pansy runs a tight ship. She ROCKS!! So , it shows in her team.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🏆🔥💣

12/7/25 We are very impressed with how accommodating the team always is. Matt was amazing! The time it took for the service and the price were very reasonable. Excellent service as always. That is why we always come from Houston to Dallas because we don't trust anyone else to do a great job. Trophy is the best! Keep up the good work!
