Troy City Car Wash

The staff is great and i believe the wash is so much better than Hoffmans my only complaint is its closed several times this week at odd times Don’t understand why no sign or anything. I have monthly membership so this is disappointing at the very least Other than that i highly recommend

All 4 bays for self service have been closed for at least 2 weeks now. They don’t answer the phone. Definitely not a good time to have these bays inoperative, Especially with the weather we are experiencing right now.

I would not recommend this car wash. The vacuums are almost always broken, and when you try to use them, they still take your money. This has happened to me on more than one occasion.

Great car wash. Excellent service. Easy to find and generally no wait. Did a fine job and I will go there again.

Probably one of the better spots. I have a white SUV so it exposes the faults of what it misses. Friendly people and does a decent job. Great values for unlimited monthly washes. Okay so after pretty much being with them the entire time they have been open I need to update my review. I got the monthly Troy city special which is their top car wash. Last month I went there 7 times and they weren't open. I get the weather thing but a couple of times it was barely cloudy with zero wetness on the ground. With that said I went to them and explained my issue in which they responded " there is nothing we can do". Upon further discussion the one guy said we can extend you a week. Which is an acceptable answer. Wasn't looking for a free lunch, in fact I give a 5 dollar tip every last time I go thr
