Incredible experience with salesman Jimmy!!! Walked into the shop and jimmy was immediately very helpful talking with us about a street legal dirt bike. I ended up buying a 2024 kawaski 300 KLX jimmy was very fast and efficient and we got all the paperwork done very fast and easy and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about everything! ! Was able to take the bike home the same day! Definitely would recommend this place! Lots of good options definitely ask for jimmy!

Rude, rude, rude! Every aspect of this business is rudeness. Call and have a simple question? You'll get a rude answer, walk in with a question? Rude answer. Attempt to do business with them? They'll be rude from start to finish. The worst part? It's a family business, so the people being rude are the owners! Don't believe me? Read through the reviews. The place can't keep any staff that's not family, I wonder why?

Do NOT ... even consider giving this shop your business. You'll be treated like trash! The distinctly un-dignified & awkward vibe is palpable - the moment you walk-in ... no music, or anything ... really duds-ville ... neither the employees nor the (few) customers looked happy to be there! Respectful, Knowledgable Customer Service I've come to expect nationally from Yamaha over 4 decades ... is nowhere to be found in this establishment ... I will never return ... Moreover, I truly feel bad for any employees who have to suffer under such unbelievably rude and disrespectful ownership! Rude, dismissive, and utterly uncaring ... unless you're purchasing a new $30K bike ... Wow! ... Such a disappointment !!!
