Troy Nelson Transmissions

Zero communication. I was told to bring the car in today (4-15-25) at noon. I got the car down there (keep in mind it HAS transmission issues), No one was at the shop. I called and was sent to Voicemail. I text letting Troy know I was at the shop (30 minutes have now gone by at this point). I never received a text back. I ended up going down the road to Martin's Performance Transmission. Waisted my time and efforts in getting my 77 Corvette down there.

Has been working on my truck transmission for 2 months guess transmission was not fixed right hopefully I can get it fixed soon before 2029 lol

I am very happy with the work done on a classic 40 Ford that I took to Troy Nelson Transmission. They were thorough and professional and it didn't cost me a fortune.

I dropped my truck off with no notice from the back of a tow truck on their day off, was lucky enough that they were working anyways. They were able to get it in and diagnose the issues within days and honestly quicker than I expected. The original quote was a about a hundred shy of what the final total was and am not surprised at all considering how much parts for my performance truck are. They got it fixed in a quick and timely manner. Troy personally went over all the work they did and showed me what exactly went wrong and explained with great detail the work they did. I think I found my new shop! These guys were Amazing and I have no complaints whatsoever! 5 stars two thumbs and one very happy customer!!

6/14/2024 STAY AWAY!!! This place did nothing for me. I still have the same problem I brought it in for, and have brought it back 10 times. If my transmission was rebuilt they didn't know how to do it. Troy talks a good game and sounds knowledgeable, he is not. I have to give up on this place. 2700.00 NO FIX.I GOT SCREWED SO WILL YOU! WARNING DONT GO HERE! ZERO STARS
