I came on this freighter dealership for fixing my DEF poor quality with two engine lights on it by Tuesday afternoon check in on service and finally get call on next day Wednesday around 11am and they take my truck inside the service. After 6 hours, they said need to change DEF pump, I said go ahead and again after 3hours they said need to replace NOX Sensor I said okay. Finally got my truck back paying $4k+ around 11pm. I checked everything on my truck it’s look good and I drive 700 miles after that I got same issue with all same code. I don’t know how this people work on here. All workers look very professional but with skill-less. Please, everyone read reviews before to get on this location. I checked in on other locations that’s on Cheyenne, WY. They got all same issues and they fixed

Unfortunately Google won't allow negative stars. Truck Country will promise everything and deliver nothing. DON'T WASTE your time dealing with them at there Cedar Rapids or Davenport locations as they are both the same! Promise service and either don't get it finished, don't show up at promised times. Have spoken with management multiple times does no good!

Hope nobody needs any kind of help from this place…. I have problem with my truck’s def system and I went here,, these guys give me quote of $5800 for def filters and diagnostics and all,,, I approve to go for it and after 4 hours they said me that the problem is one box and give me estimate of $17040 and I refuse and they charge me $5734.82 for the thing which is not the problem and then I went to another mechanic near Des Moines (Poor boy truck repair) and he find that the problem is with Def Doser which cost me $1800……. I suggest you all to skip this place…

I don’t recommend this Freightliner dealership. The service manager tried to tell me I don’t need to “diagnose trucks with Google,” but I’ve probably fixed more trucks than he’s seen in his life. They quoted me 5 hours to replace a DEF pump on a Cascadia — a job that usually takes 20–30 minutes. When I asked them to perform a simple 1-minute diagnostic procedure, they told me I’d have to wait 2 days. Totally unreasonable. Save yourself the time and money, look for service elsewhere.
