True Lube Tire & Auto

Very kind people. I had a rough day first running out of fuel this am then flat tire. Stopped by to get some air in my tires and they took care of me. I am proud there places like this still

Google maps doesn't seem to know the difference between the True Lube oil change place and the garage beside it called Eugine & Son. This review is for Eugine & Son, not True Lube. I took my mom's Chevy Equinox to them because the AC was blowing hot air. They checked it out with their machine, checked all the fans, and for trouble codes. They could not reproduce the problem. It was ice cold when they got in it and tried to diagnose it. They let me know they could not reproduce the issue and didn't charge me anything. It's been fine ever since. I just wanted to give them a good review because there are mechanics out there that would have tried to find something to replace or fix just to make some money. These guys were honest and friendly. They didn't try to charge me for a non-issue. They

Best experience ever had with an Oil Change etc.! We were in & out in 10 minutes & that even included vacuuming wow! We were greeted by all & very pleasantly! We even had a guy open the door for us to the waiting room which we barely got sat down & we were ready to go!

I can't say enough about this place! I was returning from a job site in the middle of no where when my coolant temperature warning came on. A passerby gave me water to refill the coolant reservoir since it appeared to be nearly empty. All of the water leaked out withing about 30 minutes, but that at least got me to Palatka. I found this shop through a quick Google search. The guys at the shop took me in even though it was late in the afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They were even willing to show me the damaged parts, which is always a plus at any shop I've been to. They were able to apply a temporary fix to get me back to Jacksonville that evening since the replacement parts were not in stock. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I paid for my jeep to be towed here all the way from jax Beach.. tbat should say it all! Honest, affordable and reliable! The best experience I've ever had with a repair shop.
