Tsunami Express Car Wash

I like how fast the workers are to get you in and out and they keep the line moving. It looks like it cleans well It always moves my side mirror though. I would like for them to work on keeping clean towels available every time I go they are always out. The vaccumns usually work good and if you do the monthly subscription its better and more cheap in my opinion.

I’ve been a member for the better part of a year. It used to be good, but then they “upgraded” their system, and the scanner no longer works to properly detect license plates. It used to take a few minutes to get through the line and get a wash. Now the attendants have to come out to help, and it took me 25 minutes to get a wash last week. I’ve talked to customer service online about integrating my account with their new system (which shouldn’t be up to me, they should just do it) but it still doesn’t work. Interestingly, their billing system still works fine and continues to pull from my bank account, even though they can’t find my vehicle when I want a car wash.

I went a few weeks back and got a wash and they did a pretty good job so I decided to sign up for a monthly membership. I went to use it today at 2:45 pm and the car wash was closed. There were no signs or employees around. It looks like I will be canceling that membership.

We went when they 1st opened about a year ago. I was extremely impressed with the wash and staff. Days later we signed up for a subscription and became even more impressed. Every now and then the crew will give us a free air freshener. They smell wonderful. The wash really does a nice job even with our tricky van. It gets the rear section where most machine washes fall short. Tsunami shines! Check out the Waukesha location on Sunset today. The results are better than the others but even better the pricing is MUCH cheaper. That said, you cannot beat the value.

I’ve been a customer with Tsunami Express Car Wash (Waukesha Location) since they opened and it’s been a great experience every time! I switched from Take 5 car wash to Tsunami Express and never looked back. Everything is well maintained, the employees are very respectful, and helpful. There are extra areas to clean your mats, vacuum hoses, and a nice area inside to use towels and glass cleaner for your car. Tsunami Express is probably the best car wash I’ve ever been to.
