Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Huntersville

I've been going to Tuffy in Huntersville NC for years. Last week I brought my car in for strange front end noise. Ben diagnosed and fixed it at very reasonable price and timely manner. The staff were extremely helpful and Professional. They went as far as providing me with a ride back home. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. I would recommend them to everyone.

I now have 2 vehicles with 3-year 4 wheel alignment plans. This is a great value!! Appointments are easy to schedule, they are always punctual, efficient and do a great job…very experienced. I highly recommend their work!! Talk with Ben Chatham, General Manager…he is awesome!!

I’ve been coming to see Ben and Tuffy for years now and have always been treated wonderful. Ben is Top notch and knows his stuff and tough. He is very lucky to have him. My most recent experience was for a front end alignment that an another shop Griffin tire in Charlotte and previously messed up two times. I explained to Ben that my steering wheel was not lined up correctly, and he assured me that he would get it corrected the first time. I’m very happy with the alignment and have learned that I should have went here first. Would recommend being and Tuffy for any job needed

I came in requesting a starter replacement due to a diagnosis from another source. The Gm Ben, was there to greet me and he assured me it'll be done in the short time window that I provided (3hrs). He and his team took the time to assess my car professionally and realized all I needed was a battery replacement. Its been a week and my car is still running strong and no longer having issues. Their attention to detail and overall care had me feel like they took care of my like it was one of their own. I'll be sure to return for future maintenance.
