Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Great price for oil changes. I used to go to the 10 minute oil change places for convenience but found that they were always so expensive. $89 to start usually. Tuffy in northville usually has a coupon. My car is in and out in 30 minutes or less. The waiting area is great with beverages. The team is customer service oriented. Alex is almost always my go to guy and he takes care of me. This place knows how to take on customer service at a whole other level. And this is why they get my business for all of my car needs. Thank you for always taking care of me and creating trust and transparency.

Went to Tuffy for the first time. The staff there are outstanding !! Especially Isaiah. They did a great job on my car at a reasonable price. This was my first visit with many more to come. I absolutely loved their customer service! They are definitely there to help you and not just for the money unlike most other shops. They helped me understand what was wrong with my car and they were to able to get it done quickly. I will definitely be returning in the future!!

Matt and Alex were very professional and detailed in their pad and rotors replacements. After initial estimate they found the calipers to be stuck and were very accommodating in staying as close as possible to initial estimate! Much appreciated their showing me the replaced parts! Great service TC

Had a problem with my coolant overflow reservoir. Dropped my car off Friday around 11:30 am, received a ride home and was picked up again at 3:10 pm to pick up my car. Have had work done there before. Always friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service, reasonable priced so to not break your pocket book. I will be back.
