We’ve gone here before for auto care and it’s been good and affordable. But for some reason today when I brought in a car they’ve worked on before and asked for a transmission flush they said they don’t “service cars over 100,000 miles due to liability.” They never mentioned this before when I’ve come here with the same car over 100k, didn’t say that on the phone when I made my appointment, and their website doesn’t say that either. Never coming here again.

They were so nice and fast. I went there to get my registration renewed and asked them about getting my drive belt replace and they got me in the next day. They’re affordable and do a great job. I highly recommend this place.

Didn't know what they were doing, they didn't know what questions to ask to find the problem (even though I told them all they needed to know and they forgot the important bits) They told me I had some completely unrelated issue that was "causing engine misfiring" when in fact I had told them the transmission was having problems and the engine sounds healthy as a horse. They ended up charging me $500 for an oil change and their "inspection" I shouldn't have payed it, but I was REALLY tired by this point and wanted to get them out of my face.

"Terrible experience with the misfire repair: not worth it" I took my vehicle to this shop because of a misfire that was affecting its performance. After having the car for three weeks (yes, three weeks) due to a missing necessary tool, they finally told me the repair was ready. However, before handing over the vehicle, they warned me that the repair might last a week or a year—in other words, they weren't sure if the issue would be permanently fixed. Despite this warning, I decided to trust the shop. They charged me $1,300 for the repair, but to my surprise, just one week later, the misfire returned. Help me to understand how and why this location could not figure out why our turbo was no longer working. We were told that it had to have a code to diagnose. Maybe my daughter needs to give a lesson there on how to open the hood and spot a part that is unhooked. Hook it up and we now have our turbo. Not everything needs a code. Maybe just simple common sense.
