Great shop! They fixed my Dodge Charger cover gaskets & spark plugs / full tune up, the receipt and itemization of all work completed was indeed impressive, even when my brother called to ask for clarification Dennis was patient and explained all the work & why it was needed. I would highly recommned this shop. Sean & Dennis were kind and overall truthful with the services needed. They also gave me back my vehicle clean in the front with no mess on the floors as thats a tic of mine. THANKS DENNIS & SEAN :-)

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I was referred to this place by my companies Fleet Manager so I called before towing my car over to them and they told me that the soonest appointment they had was 6 days from the day I was calling - totally fine. I called at the end of the day on the day they said I had an appointment and they said they didn't have time to look at it that day but would look at it in the morning. Annoying but ok. I called towards the end of the next day and they told me that they were busy and couldn't look at it. When I explained that they had said I had an appointment he gave me an attitude and said well you can just tow it back off if you don't like it and honestly with the way this conversation is going I would prefer that. Sean and Dennis are great! My wife's tire had a slow leak from a prior plug that was discovered during a routine oil change. They fixed it for no charge. A week later the same tire was low took it back and it was another object in the tire which they again fixed for no charge as a courtesy. I've used them for other service jobs and have always been happy with their professional honest service. If your looking for a good local mechanic I highly recommend them.

We cannot thank Turn of the Wrench enough. Coming home from NYC on a Sunday our car broke down. We read the great reviews and took a chance. The best customer service you can imagine and owner went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. These guys will take great care of you.
