My mother was a patient at another nursing home in 2023. They neglected her to the point she had a stage 4 bed sore. We her children try to get her into another place for 5 months but no luck. Then twinbrook accept her. I worried because going from one bad place to another which I hered bad stories about twinbrook. We took the jump of faith and hope and twinbrook workers the aides, the nurses and the wound nurse they really helped my mother. She does not have no bedsores at all. I am so grateful for the team at twinbrook. The workers do care about their residents. I recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you twinbrook for the amazing care you give to my mother.

Abbington Crest Property. Hide behind a bunch of LLCs so liens can't be filed. Do the right thing and pay what you owe.

"it is more like a prison"I was stuck in a room with a homeless crazy man which was bad enough. But then the weather was beautiful and they wouldn't let me go outside and actually locked us in a ward. It wasn't a dementia unit, I was just in there for physical rehabilitation and it was a nightmare. Because of this I will never go into a nursing home again, I'd rather die.

Terrible do not let your loved ones stay here they have giving me wrong medication 4 times plus my medication runs out and can take day or more to get refilled. I've asked to see the Dr. 6 times in past 2 months over my foot swelling and I haven't see. Him it's awful place I've been in 8 nursing homes in past 5 years and trust me you don't want your loved ones here they lie to residents I can't stand it here

I was a patient of this facility as of noon of 2/27/24 I personally signed myself out by 8 pm after witness multiple neglect poor behavior from staff and watching large amounts of piss multiple times being cleaned up from the floor only by using drying towels not once was cleaner used. I absolutely cldnt stand the way I saw things being done here. I feel bad for all the other residents not lucky enough to be able to leave when they are treated this way and forced to live in such environments.
