U-Haul at Tel-Nine

if i could give 0 starts i would i got a uhaul to move 12/26 into my new apartment uhaul gave me bed bugs!!! im truly devastated because ives bugs gets worse before they get better and this has caused air of money to be wasted!! i don’t know if the picture i entered is the uhaul truck number. but i got it from this exact location. BE AWARE!!!

Do not visit this location. Staff is not engaged, rude and condescending. Went there today to get some propane, called in advance to ask if there were any issues and was told no. Upon arrival a man came out and said only the short line was available. Before I could respond he shouted " calm down". I told him I was calm but had called in advance and was told everything was fine. He began making excuses for the communication provided. I have visited this location three times in the last two weeks and see a pattern of rude and dis-engaged workers. I will not return.

I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. I'm handicapped and elderly, and the young man at the front desk was very patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional yet made me feel very comfortable. I'd also like to add, my reservation was made over the phone, and the agent who took my reservation was very helpful, efficient and friendly. All in all, the whole experience was a positive one. One I'd be happy to do over if and when I'm ever in need again.

Rude employee. I spoke to her an asked nicely was the propane working an they didn't speak back, was mad they had to work an was told No in the rudest way about the propane. Need better workers. When the propane ain't working they don't open it up they leave it down an locked for the day. I been getting propane for over 10 yrs I kw the difference but y have it up for ppl to keep stopping in an asking only to be told no it's not cuz u don't wanna do your job. Do better Be better.

Definitely would’ve been 5 stars had I not had to speak with this lady about an extension. Attitude was terrible smh Rude and an attitude don’t mix well at all. Turned my 5 star experience into zero stars but unfortunately I have to give them 1.
