Southside Rentals made renting a u-haul painless and fast. I'll definitely use them again.
I arrived right at 4:00 p.m. to pick up my rental, not realizing the location closed at that time. One employee informed me they were already closed, and I was worried because I had a reservation and needed the vehicle to move my son. Thankfully, another gentleman jumped in, quickly found my reservation, and processed everything—even though the lights were off and bad weather was approaching. His willingness to help and provide such friendly, efficient service made all the difference. Thanks to him, we were able to meet our moving deadline and catch our flight to Texas the next day. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate it!
We have rented from Southside Rentals twice, and both times it was awesome! The people are friendly and the experience was so easy both times!
