U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I recently rented a U-Haul trailer from a location (in Harrisonville, MO) that was previously a gas station. Unfortunately, the site was in a deplorable state. The area was littered with debris and junk, making it feel more like a scrap yard than a rental facility. The office was also cluttered and disorganized, with little to no effort made to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The limited parking and narrow access to the building made loading and unloading the trailer a challenging process. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone. The individual manning this location was friendly and efficient.

Fred was extremely helpful and kind! Made the experience really easy. Eric was very nice too. If I ever need a uhaul or know someone who does. I will definitely recommend this location!

I highly recommend this U-Haul site. From start to finish the owner was available and helpful. We lost our key during our hectic move and he helped us with so much kindness. I will never use any other U-Haul dealer.

Great service! Made the reservation online the night before. Truck was ready and warmed up when I arrived! Great people, reasonable price for a truck when you need it, even if just for the day.
