Friendly staff. Everything was clean and they appreciated that I cleaned before drop off. They even said they had a broom I could have borrowed.
Customer service was excellent. Took the time to help me with the check in by phone and photos before release. Answered all my questions professionally and thoroughly. Returning the truck back in was the same. Would definitely recommend this location.
Kind of iffy. Had to go to two different U-Haul‘s to actually find shrink wrap. It was very expensive which surprised me. I suppose they’re great for renting vehicles for your move and boxes but you can probably find cheaper prices other places. Little disappointed.
Rick is the kindest! We only rent Uhauls and store things here. Super clean and very accessible. Hands down, best service.
My relocation alone is expensive an pensive no matter..Though The U~Haul I contacted In Port Angels ..By The les Schwab tire shop area..Manager "Angela"..She was On point ..on Top ..on her 110% customer service...an has made my move a pleasure doing business with Her an helped me tremendously..Thanks Angie ~
