U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I arrived with my reservation number, and had to wait an hour before I got the rental. No one in the store assisted me, i ended up talking to a “manager” on the phone. The lady did not show me the truck or go over paperwork, she just handed me the key and told ME to bring the dolly in or it would be EXTRA. The price quoted online when i reserved it was 55.00. Ended up paying 109 before i could get the truck. I waited an hour to get the truck (9:30) and returned it at 4:30. Total showed 113.00 jumped to 142.00. The lady at the location SENT ME to take a picture of the mileage on the truck, and I had no paperwork showing how much it was when I rented as NO ONE showed me the truck as in previous experiences with U-Haul. NEVER RESERVING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

This gentlemen was very polite kind and helpful. He even gave my boss fuses for free cause they ones for trailer brakes was busted . HE gave us 3 fuses. Very very nice man . Versatile services inc wanted to say thank you for helping us out.

Pretty smooth process and I was in n out. Also was very convenient that i was able to get gas where I was dropping off the truck. I almost didnt rent here because of the bad reviews but im glad i did. I dont understand the reasons in the bad reviews. I needed a uhaul and this place provided…simple as that.

went to pick up the truck, took almost 2 hours, had an abandoned car parked by the truck, had to enter the truck through the passenger door. Did not receive either Dolleys that we had requested. Returned truck, could not refund the money or check in the truck because the manager was not there. Called U-Haul to complain, they did not care. I will not use another U-Haul again. I have used them in the past, always something.

Not sure why other reviewers had issues, but I had a fine experience. Took about 20 minutes, start to finish, and was driving off with moving blankets and a dolly loaded in my truck.
