U-Save Car & Truck Rental - Marion

Disappointing experience with the Marion u-save location. The car was nice but did have some damage on it. After dropping the car off I get a phone call from them wrongly accusing me of damaging the front bumper and hitting a curb. The paper I received showing the previous damage that was on the car clearly shows the front bumper being circled as previous damage, also the paper they gave me was dated 3 weeks prior to me ever receiving the car so I’m not sure why I didn’t get one that was done the day I received the car. The lady on the phone was rude and I never received an apology.

Charged me 350 security deposit in July, it is now February and I’ve been sent in email a phone call goose chases for months and still have not got my money back. Scammers

Amazing rental! As they always have been ! We appreciate a Local yet extremely upscale professional rental company who prides themselves in traditional customer service and not “getting you thru” as many do.. they put us in a brand new Ford Transit which was AMAZING, had all the latest technology… made our trip so much easier. If you are teetering back and forth on price .. this is worth the extra couple bucks! We will always continue to rent our expeditions with U-Save. Keep it Local and get the personal service ! I unfortunately wrecked my car right before the 4th of July. When I came to get a rental, they had no cars. No problem. They got one back and told us they rushed to have it ready for me. When I got it, it had an off-putting odor, but I put an air freshener in it and was grateful they got it ready for me. They said no smoking and no pets. Fair enough. I used it to go to and from work, no pets and no smoking. I returned it and within 5 minutes they were calling to charge me a $250 cleaning fee, accusing me of having pets in the car. I immediately came back and explained I absolutely did not have any pets in the car, they didn’t believe me. I asked if it could be transfer from my clothes, as I do own pets. They didn’t believe me, and said “it was too in the fibers.” I asked if it could have b
