My husband called to inquire about a rental today and the man that answered was really rude.!! I think that some forget that it’s the customers that keeps them afloat. I see this business closing soon from a lack of business. Because of his attitude, my husband passed on doing business with this company. Im glad he did!!!

Rented a car and check engine light came on. Vehicle stalled brought in and owner said he rents his vehicles with the check engine light all the time and provided poor customer service. Please Avoid!

Wanted to see check stubs and utility bills for a $39 per day rental, I thought that was a bit much, especially being that I was going to be paying with major credit card. Oh and the got rude about it when I questioned him about that policy. He stated, “ IF YOU WHAT TO RENT HERE YOU HAVE TO”. I just hung up at that point Everyone knows at most rental car places and major credit card is KING. It’s only if you use debit that you have to all of those things, and probably put down a deposit as well. They’re losing money with that policy in place, because I actually needed the car for two weeks. I just ended up going with Enterprise, and didn’t have to do anything extra, just bring my credit card.

Mr Dave & Ms Vanessa have always been nice caring and helpful I’ve rented vehicles from them for over 5 years now for family vacations or simply when my vehicle was getting maintenance. I always go inside to make my reservations or call because online has never been my thing. They are very accommodating and nice I would suggest them to anyone looking for a rental.

PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THESE REVIEWS. EVERYBODY CAN'T BE LYING!!! I just got off the phone with the most rude person ever!! He was an older gentleman and would not provide me his name (which is illegal). He was upset with me because he provided me incorrect information. I even told him if he's busy, I would call back. He proceeded to rush me and after yelling in my ear he hung up. I can understand being frustrated, but the customer should never know that. With such low prices, there should be no reason the ratings should be so low. Think about it. Their customer service associate is driving away their actual customers!! Download the Turo App you all. Get your rental from there. Better deals, nicer people!!
