Fantastic shop! As a visibility queer person who knows nothing about cars I am always hesitant to go to a new shop to get service on my car. I didnt feel unwelcome or like I was going to be taken advantage of amd sold something I don't need. In fact, I was told a part on my car was damaged and needed to be replaced so it didnt leak oil but the shop manager (?) said there was a possibility it was their fault and didn't charge me for it. I will absolutely come back here for any future service needs for my car and will recommend this place to my friends! Thank you guys!

I have been coming here since 2020 on the recommendation from my daughter, and I have had both larger and smaller services performed by them. Today, my vehicle had an alternator go out so I needed to be towed here. Justin got on it right away and found a good value on a new alternator, he had me out in time before closing so I wouldn't be without my vehicle for days which would have been quite a hardship for me without having a second vehicle I had not expected that. He really made a bad situation good. I would definitely recommend this shop and every mechanic there, these days it's harder to find a place you can trust to do the work honestly and thoroughly. Eric is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. He had no problem working on our Saturn VUE which was a relief, since the brand no longer exists, and not everyone wants to work on them. He was quick to schedule us, diagnose, and fix the issues. I would recommend him / Ultimate Auto Care to family and friends.

Hey bringing your car in for work is stressful - and these guys make it alot easier. Polite, friendly, skilled and reasonable in cost. They take good care of patrons of all genders and ages. I had a very positive expereince with Justin, Eric and their team. Justin even undercharged me for a service that he had under-priced originally - very cool. I reccommend UAC :)

Eric got some bad reviews for manners and attitude. Yet, I found his straight forward, no nonsense attitude refreshing and courteous. He got me in and out very quickly and his service for my thermostat replacement was excellent and very fairly priced. I was pleasantly surprised and they have earned a repeat customer here.
