Ultimate Express Car Wash

I went here not thinking it would damage my car but surprise, it did! It was my first time going here. Everything went smoothly at first and my car is small so it didn't hit anything there. I just drove up, put my car in neutral and was out in a couple minutes (that is, these scratches are 100% from the brushes). There are scratches on my driver's side window where there didn't used to be and I noticed them immediately after pulling away. Even though it's not catastrophic, I wouldn't expect any vehicle damage after what is supposed to be a gentle car wash. My car is not damaged or compromised in that area, so I have no idea why it scratched my glass. Very disappointing. Paid $17 for the ultimate plus package. This is supposed to include a tire shine and wax. Total scam. Car still had dirt, marks, smudges, and the brushes caused scratches and smacked my side mirrors around. Save your money and wash somewhere else. EDIT: Their response claims they don't offer it. But it's clearly shown on the purchasing option that it's part of the ultimate plus package. It's also shown on their website.

Honestly, I don't recommend it.It left many areas uncleaned and it was a premium service... I wasted $17.

I paid for the $17 Simoniz Hot Wax wash, expecting a full clean and dry finish, but it was disappointing. The car still had dirt and water spots on the mirrors and bumper, and the wheels looked untouched. For the most expensive option, it felt like just a basic rinse. I hope they check their system — definitely not worth $17.

You can't beat sitting in your car and riding through a car wash!! There are different car washes you can choose from...my car gets clean every time!
