Josh was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the entire tow. He checked in with me multiple times and treated my 1978 van like it was his own. He even called to be extra cautious about applying pressure to a shifter that was stuck, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care and attention he gave my vehicle.

We were in an accident and Ultimate Towing was dispatched to tow our vehicle. There have been issues between this company and Allstate, our insurance provider, to get the tech released for inspection. This has now delayed our insurance inspection and delaying the whole process. I gave them a 3 because would recommend them for towing a vehicle but do not have them tow it back to their facility as it will delay your insurance claim.

Nick showed up in my time of need very quickly. He was very friendly & professional. My tow went exceptionally well & my vehicle was delivered to my shop for tire replacement. I truly appreciate this business, TY! ❤️

Definitely recommend !!!!! we have a fleet of vehicles that we need transported multiple times a month & Equipment and these guys have been on it since day one Day or Night. They do not disappoint or waste any time to get them job done.

The driver’s were fast, friendly, and professional. I was on the side of the road with spotty Wi-Fi and they were very patient and flexible when it came to finding me, and got my car on their truck and to the auto shop in no time at all. If I ever need a tow again I’ll definitely call them.
