Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe

Joe was awesome! He went through and explained every detail with superb professionalism. Handling multiple customers simultaneously as he was the only person staffed today. Joe made me feel like a valued customer from his professionalism and personalized customer care, as well as providing the confidence that my oil change was completed without any flaw. I will definitely be going back to Uncle Ed’s to have Joe complete my oil changes in the future. Thank you Joe!

All the guys yesterday 5/4/25 were great. When checking the cabin filter they also found a huge chipmunk nest (empty). Could not believe it. I’ll be taking both my cars there again. 8/29/2025 Took my Dad’s 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix V8 GXP to see the guys today. Super Steve was great I had a few questions about the car and he was able to point me in the direction I needed to go. I will be making appointment to have some thing’s fixed after he pulled the codes. Dan, Ian and Cody were great too. They were all very knowledgeable and even one had a Grand Prix as well and said, just take care of them and they are great cars. It really meant a lot to me as I lost my Dad unexpectedly 4yrs ago and I don’t trust just anyone to touch his car (mine now but, will always be Dad’s) I’m very happy with the

Jo was a ROCK STAR!! Super upbeat and very friendly. Jo was very personable and knew his job well. He said he was recently made the store manager and that was the BEST decision this location could have made. The cost for an oil change is a little higher than expected. But, with his excellent customer service, he is going to keep customers coming back… I know we will be.

I needed an oil change and I didn’t want to go to the uncle Ed’s on telegraph in Bloomfield as I didn’t feel like I was being heard when I voiced my concerns to the manager! I looked up the next uncle Ed’s near me and found the Waterford location and I’m so happy I did! Steve and Dan were very helpful and gave me great feedback on how to keep my car in top tier condition. They listened and changed my oil efficiently. They are very knowledgeable , friendly guys and I will be returning for sure! Amazing work ! 💜

These men were AMAZING!! There was a stripped screw on the drain plug. They did everything to try to get it off!! Finally one of the guys got it!! Thank God. They all apologized for the wait. It wasn’t their fault that the previous oil change place did this but still apologized for how long it was taking. Everyone that worked there was so helpful and informative!! I will never go to another oil change place!! They were the BEST!!
