Unfranchised Auto Care Inc

This was my first time going to Unfranchise Auto Care Inc. on Main Street in Concord, NH, and I’ll definitely be going back. Ashley at the front desk was great she responded quickly to all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Chris, the mechanic, was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done to my vehicle. I left feeling confident that my car was safe and in good hands. The whole experience was professional, friendly, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Very reasonable pricing, great support team in front office and the mechanic Chris did a great job fixing a fender bender and a defective / broken light sensor. It’s the second time I’ve been there and will be going back again in the near future.

I had a terrific interaction with Unfranchised Auto Care! The troubles with my vehicle were unexpected while on the highway, and I literally coasted into their parking lot. Feeling very vulnerable, I was quickly relieved by capable & friendly individuals who repaired my vehicle, calmed my worries, and were very communicative. Both my vehicle and I were well cared for!
