Union Glass Company

I have used Union Glass for several glass repairs and replacements and they have always done a great job. The last time I visited was to get a windshield replaced. I was able to schedule a replacement within a few days, the replacement was done quickly, and the price was in line with competitors around town. They offered to work with insurance or pay upfront, which is nice if you are going through your insurance for a repair. I have no complaints and a few weeks later, the windshield is holding up nicely. Good place for glass work.

When you go to the most recommended glass place in Jonesboro to have your windshield replaced and recalibrated and end up with one of the worst results I have ever experienced...I came here for a windshield replacement and they gave me back my car with my seals all messed up- looked as if they were shredded and torn. They did replace the seals- after I sent them pictures and took it back up there to show them. I get it. People make mistakes. I always try my best to be patient and understanding. And then my rain sensor cover fell off while I was driving because it wasn't put back on properly. On top of all of this, there was glass shards EVERYWHERE inside of my vehicle (all the way in my backseat)- but apparently that's "normal" and they try to vacuum it up as best as they can. And now

They always go above my expectations. My experience today along with many others has been synonymous with excellence. Their main guy that's been there for years is by far the best glass tech in the area. I will give a shout out to the office staff. If it's a common occurrence to encounter the clown harping about silicone today. Bless y'all. Chin up. Keep up with the excellent service.

I very rarely post any type of Google review, but the service was so poor, I need to post something. I spoke to and emailed someone about getting a simple piece of glass replaced. I had to call back three types in order for them to tell me they missed my email and “I’m in the que”. The lady in the office told me, “you’re in line and just have to wait” even after she acknowledged it was their fault they missed my emails. There are too many good businesses that need customers. I’d go with one of their competitors if you want a company that needs customers.

The service was terrible. They replaced the windshield on my 2018 Toyota Camry and cut the camera circuit. They refused to take responsibility, so I had to take it to Toyota and they charged me $726 to repair it.
