We had a great experience with Unique Auto Mall. Roland and Jasmine were great to work with and we were in and out within 90 minutes with our X5 at our agreed to price with no B.S. The car was clean and ready to go. It was easy. A couple of notes about dealer add ons: This is common in NY/NJ and other parts of the country. When I first moved here, it caught me by surprise and then I realized that nearly everyone does it and the few who don't have a higher price to make up for what the add ons are. When you see an internet price, call the dealership and get clarity and what other charges there will be. This will be the first negative review I have ever posted. Detailing the entire fiasco of my car purchase would be an inefficient use of both my time in writing it, and yours in reading it. Suffice it to say, (and I do not say this lightly) Greg and the sales team at Unique Auto Mall are demonstrably dishonest and fail to honor their commitments. Last September, I traveled from Utah to New Jersey to test-drive a vehicle at UAM. Following the test drive, I decided to purchase the car.
