I flew from New Orleans to Michigan in regards to purchasing one of their tow trucks that they have for sale. I was in communication with this company and were certain I was going to be driving away with a tow truck for my business. The drive home would’ve been 14 hours that I was willing to drive. Upon arrival of inspection of the truck, they had to give the truck a boost off for it to crank. It had an oil leak and the inside of it was filthy. Also when asked to test drive the truck…the max time they would allow was 30 minutes. Thirty minutes is not an adequate amount of time to fully evaluate a truck when it has to be driven on a 14 hour trip home. The trip was a waste of time and resources. Very unprofessional and not people of their word. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Also different

Going to United auto and collision was the greatest decision I made. They repaired a dent on my driver side door and made it look just like new. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicles. They are very nice and professional. Also very timely finished work on my car super quick with an outstanding result. This establishment is a definite 5 star. My brother referred me they have worked on all 3 of his vehicles; Corvette, Sonata, and Ram truck. My daughter had extensive repairs needed on her 2015 Sonata before she could drive it to Georgia. Their work was excellent. She drove it from Michigan to Georgia and back and then to Boston to start a new Job. Also diagnosed my 2024 Ford Escape they were exact on what was wrong however my maintenance agreement would only allow me to have the work done at at Ford svc ctr., They’re correct diagnosis was confirmed at Ford svc., and Tony was very fair with the diagnosis fee. I highly recommend United Auto Collision
