United Auto Foreign Domestic & Diesel

I took my VW Jetta (diesel/TDI) here for an oil change. I didn't specify that it was a diesel when I called originally, so the price I was quoted for was lower than the actual price. I fully planned on paying the higher price, but I was happily surprised that they honored what I was quoted for. I respect businesses with great ethics like that, and I'll be back in the future. Service was great, employees were friendly, and the appointment was quick.

Randy did an amazing job fixing my truck, he is a great mechanic and knows his stuff extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommended to anyone needing diesel trucks fixed. Thanks again Randy and bob!

Replaced my thermostat effectively and efficiently, 1k miles later and check engine light has stayed off. on a unfortunate note, I also at same time got an inspection done when i was told it was recommended that i should replace my timing belt and water pump even though right under the hood there’s a sticker from audi buffalo saying it was serviced at 98k miles (was at 125k at the time) How is that something you don’t see. Felt like an unnecessary recommended up charge based on the fact i’m a young girl

Excellent customer service, reasonable prices. Brought my Arteon here to be lowered, got it back the same day. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for work done on foreign cars.

Went there a few days ago to get my truck checked out because I have some codes on it.well they ran the codes and I was charged $163 just for them to tell me the codes.ok well the guy said he was going to put a estimate together to fix the problem and I still have yet to get a phone call about the price.guess they don't want the business.its been 3 days
