My experience at United Collision Center exceeded my expectations! I worked with David for my car repairs and I must say he is God sent! David was extremely helpful. He communicated with me well throughout the process, gave me great advice, had immense patience and made me feel like he genuinely had my best interest! When I went to pick up my car it was clean inside and out, fully charged, and looked BRAND NEW! It felt and looked like I was just getting my car for the first time straight off the lot. Great work and customer service! Thank you, David. We need more people like you in the world!

I was involved in a minor accident when someone backed into my car. Rick Thompson did a spectacular job on repairing my vehicle. They also gave it a nice touch up so it felt like a brand new car when I got back into it. My only concern which didn’t really hinder the process but was noticeable during my experience, is that the front desk reception lady isn’t very helpful or nice. Everyone else is super friendly though. Thanks again!!

Jim has helped me through two accidents. I have been rear ended and t-boned and he has made the process so easy. I never really dealt with insurance because he talked to them directly and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t think they’d be able to repair my car after being hit when someone ran a red light, but united collision was absolutely amazing. Photo of tire is hard to see but there was damage to the frame and underneath as well

From the moment I drove thru the door my experience was soooo warming and inviting. I felt heard and listened to. Everyone there is so kind and upfront. David is so dope! He literally held my hand thru it all and made me feel so comfortable trusting them with my brand new baby (car). David made sure to disclose a lot of information that I feel he went above and beyond with. Hopefully I will never have to have collision repair again but if I should or know of anyone that does need it …I will always recommend UNITED!!! Oh and the repair??!! Omg it’s like nothing ever happened. Remarkable 🥰

Specifically, Mr. David Bissette, the service advisor who assisted me, is not only a knowledgeable expert in his field, but he is also very thorough in his analysis of the damages and does what is best for the car in spite of the insurance company analysis and recommendations. Most importantly, his customer service skills are top tier…he is easy to work with, keeps you informed of the status of your car, and is genuinely kind and trustworthy- I felt he did his utmost to get the best parts, new or replacements, for my car and ensured that the work and repairs were completed to perfection.
